Oh wait. I just found out the CPM - meaning Kane Spero - knew about this the whole time.

Eternal Beings and our alliance have been doing that for months. We forced them to kick everyone out of PFC and occupy it with Escrow.
And I don't know, man. I bet you a lot of them are planning on playing Legion, and if there's any chance they can keep those districts in Legion, they're not gonna give them up.
